THE EVENT CAN LAST AROUND  3-6 HOURS SOME EVENTS ESPECIALLY THE HIGHER ORGANISED ONES WILL COST MORE. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO LOOK INTO YOUR OWN  LIABILTY INSURANCE AND SHOULD ENQUIRE AND COVER YOURSELF AT EVERY EVENT TO PREVENT ANY PROBLEMS THAT CAN ARISE.
